Default Vtec Oil Pressure Switch Bypass

Im running an h22a in a 98 Prelude SH. Im running the stock harness with hondata s300j with a jdm p72. Can I bypass the oil pressure switch just using the software where it disables the sensor or do you still need to physically jump the wires for vtec to engage ?

JDM ECU's don't use a pressure switch for VTEC. At least B's don't.
