Better than the previous one but I still don't like it. Black boot with red stitching > yours ......

hahah you ppl are ridiculous, as long as the boot isnt the type R one, ull put the design down. It matches perfectly with the interior of the car. Red and black suede. Whatever.. aparently having 1-2 of the boot red is "Too much red" hahah

It doesnt match......there is no large amount of red anywhere in the car except your new boot. So whenever anyone looks at it their eyes are drawn right to the clown/jester looking shift boot.

No actually we're putting the design down because we don't like the way it looks. That's all there is to it. What did you expect.....for us to tell you how awesome it is just because YOU made it? Sorry to dissapoint. A for effort....but the design is just too bright. It doesn't really match anything in the car. Tell me where you see a fat chunk of bright red ANYWHERE in the car. Like cnyej1 said.....it just draws too much attention.

So maybe you should take criticism a little more lightly instead of coming in here on your trial membership, griping and telling people how "ridiculous" they are just because they don't like YOUR particular design.

GROW UP!!

man, you obviously put pictures up here looking for some sort of applause. well, not everyone is gonna like your design. you have to be able to handle the compliments, along with the disses. i am not feeling it, but thats my opinion. imo, it seems the guys on this site (including me), are more into a clean, subtle design, on anything on our car. that shift boot would have been popular 3 years ago. if i wanted grossly-over the top gimirickry on my car, i would have bought an srt-4 or sti, or something else that looked as if it we prepared to fly away.

^ thread jacker!!!

but to answer your question its because you are still on "trial" status. once you post up more comments or reach a certain number of days (7-10) you will become non-trial. in the mean time you have a post limit per day and cant send out pm's i believe. i might be wrong

back to topic

not feeling the boot. lol @ rico...never holds back

I was a big supporter of the first effort, offering some constructive criticism (such as removing the mesh)...i'm not sure the half black/half red thing is really working on this one. It may be just the picture quality, but a darker red suede with black stitching may be just the ticket...i dunno.

IMO switch out the black suede on the doors with red then it will match alot better there isnt enough red to put that much on the boot

Nice thought but toooo much red. All black with red stiching would match the car

think about it

10 for trying -4 for ugly red
