You can use the rear disc brakes from any '90-01 Integra or any '88-00 Civic/CRX/del Sol.

Yes, but it is unecessary to change the master cylinder unless you are upsizing the front brake caliper pistons.

If you have the stock '88-89 CRX Si/DX front brakes, then the correct proportioning valve for your application is a 3040 from a '92-95 Civic Si hatchback. The 3540 ('90-91 EX) and the 4040 ('90-93 Integra) are not the correct valves for that particular front/rear combo.

just to be clear, EG Si's came with rear disc? and the front calipers were the same as the rest of the lineup? so then if thats true, then yeah, it would seem to match a 88-89 Si with rear discs.
was it only the hatchback of all EG's that came with rear discs?

All '92-95 EH3 Si hatchbacks had 9.4" solid rear discs with 7CLP13S calipers.

Yes, '92-95 EH3 Si (non-ABS) hatchbacks used the same small calipers and 9.5" vented rotors as the CX, VX, and DX hatchbacks. The exception is the '94 Si-ABS model which had 10.3" vented front rotors with 17CL14VN calipers.

My thoughts exactly.

All '92-95 Civics with ABS had rear discs ('92-95 EX-ABS 4dr, '94 Si-ABS 3dr, '94-95 EX-ABS 2dr, '94-95 LX-ABS 4dr), and all '92-95 Si 3dr Civics (non-ABS) had rear discs. All the rest had drums out back.
