Just wondering if the F22A1 crank and rods are the same as the H23A1 crank and rods

i looked it up in the FAQ and according to that, the measurements are the same... i was just wondering if they were identical

 

i have a parts website that i look and buy parts from and the part No. matches

so i believe the crank and rods match

i also does your throttle body have a Fast idle thermal valve below it or just a pipe that runs along the bottom

i'm not sure... i just got the motor today for free... i'll have to check it out tomorrow

why do you wanna know about the throttle body?

 

yea the crank and rods are the same....the bore is what makes the f22 2.2L

yes, the exact same. reason the h23 has more displacement is due to a bigger bore

 

awesome... then i guess that means i'll have a spare crank and rods for my build
