Default mmmmm mig. *56k nfg*

I don't often get to fab big stuff with mig anymore, so here's some pics from work over the past week. I basically fabbed this entire building in less than a week. i finished it yesterday but i forgot to take pics of the door and i won't be around to take pics of it once it is tinned and ready to ship.

Nice. Blue prints or was it your design? And how does something like that get to the oil field, forklift and flat bed?

there were no blueprints, i built one a month or two ago on site and the oil company liked it so they wanted more built. so i just built it and modified it as i saw fit. lol. i make blueprints for my apprentice and cut lists, **** like that, but no real definitive blueprint per say.

well, the steps and landing unbolt, and it will have to be dragged outside for the lifting lugs to be welded on the roof, then they pick it up with a zoom boom or a track hoe and plunk it down on a trailer and they either use a crane or whatever at the gas plant when it gets there.

it's trucked out on a flat deck trailer / semi truck. it's only 10ft deep for shipping purposes, i guess it would end up being 14ft wide with the stairs on it.
