Staggered Fitments??

Staggered Fitments??
Is it possible to get Staggered Fitted wheels on to a 92-95 EG Honda Civic 4Dr ? If so then what do i need to do?

Cause i want these Staggerd Wheels 4 My EG .... My ideas 4 the Eg are way past the Norm and if i can implement them on the car it will definately be one for Talking...

Well itsw not about tht Drive of the car i want it for looks... But we will see right now its an idea... And to me when it comes down to it .. its not about what people think cause people will pre judge.... But i got a finished product in my head and i know once is done... THey gonna be like damn this **** is S!CK...
