I plan on getting my valve cover painted soon but i also would like to get the cam gear cover on the valve cover cut so when i get my car tuned they can use my adjustiable cam gears with out havivng to remove the valve cover how did you guys do yours ? and for the people who did send some pics please

 

we two very decent(and expensive) milling machine and couple thousand dollar worth of cutting bits

for the perfect, clean job, i would just zero it in the mill and cut it, but for diyer, just cut that down with a circular saw.

there's 29 ways to do it just pick something you can do nicely.

a straight cut will always much easier than getting 2 perfect circle in exact radius
