Default Anyone with input on the GT4088 (journal bearing) turbo?

I don't have the funds for a Ball Bearing GT40R unit. I am settling on the journal bearing version. Will be going on a 83mm bore LS/Vtec engine. Spinning to 9200RPM give or take.

I aim to make 650-700whp. I will probably put it around town on the weekends around 13psi.

Any feedback on this turbo?

the s366 and none bb 4088 are pretty simaller from what i have seen in power /spool but i am running the smallest turbine wheel and housing on my s366 compared to the bigger turbine wheel/housing on the 4088. now that i have the info needed on that combo i will see what a bigger turbine wheel/housing will do on the s366 im thinking the power might come up a bit

I dont know much about GT4088 but I can comment on GT4067. I would go for GT4067. I use it in my car and I made 630@23psi.

James been 9's on GT4067...
