how should i organized it?

 

By creating this thread maybe a week earlier. It'll let people know ahead of time, making them aware of when and where it's being held. Also, if they're available at that time and if it's something they can work on.

Also, may I suggest, perhaps having the meet at a location that is more tolerant of fixed up cars.

Having a meet in a parking lot of some stores is basically loitering. And in Montebello? I can just see the helicopters and tow trucks now.

It takes alittle creativity, but I can think of some places in San Gabriel, Tustin, Downtown LA, Irvine that would be more welcoming and less likely to draw the wrong kind of attention (police).

Also, if you can get permission from the property manager or owner - BIG points for safety

 

we have had the meets there, everyone there are kool with us being there
