Default HF Adapter to 14b?

I have seen a couple of these that look pretty nice but does anyone know where I could find one that they would recommend?

Just be careful, bmc takes weeks and there communication is horrible.

Other companies on ebay sell them as well, and I'm sure another flange maker on here could make you something.
