CA ref Question and auto to man..

hello.. thanks in advanced for looking and any comments.. i was wondering if i did an aout to man conversion on my 98 civic ex would it pass smog and would i have to get it ca ref appoved? also can i use a 99-00 si tranny for it? thanks

Transmission has nothing to do with smog. And B series transmissions can not go on D series without an adaptor plate.
