Switch gone bad!!! HEP!!!

Default Switch gone bad!!! HEP!!!

ok this is a JDM question...I have a 1991 Honda Civic SiR hatchback, the egnition swtich has gone bad...I was wondering if any switch off of a RIGHT hand drive civic, hatch or Sedan can work in my car.....is there ANY difference???

you will need to keep the loom in the back of it tho because they are different lengths
