They are OK, if you don't have anything else, or don't have serious suspension performance goals in mind. Konis and Bilsteins do a better more consistent low speed (< 3"/sec) damping job - I.e. during cornering vs. high-speed bump damping.
If you're not road racing or auto-crossing, or you want o get an idea of what setting work for you and then want to purchase better shock then they're just fine, if you really want to make the car handle try something different.
Summary - they are better than OEM, but its hard to say without knowing the rest of your suspension setup or handling goals.
