Headlight and hood bolts for a 99' civic?

Does anyone know the correct pitch for the headlight and hood bolts to a 99' civic si? I know the headlights are a 6mm bolt that is 16mm long according to the dealership, or so they say. I am trying to replace a stolen hood and headlights so any help would be great!

Hood - 90127-SA0-000 BOLT-WASHER (6X16)
Headlight - 90146-SA7-000 BOLT-WASHER (6X16) (DACRO)

Looks like both use the same pitch/thread, but the hood bolts probably use a larger washer.
