manifold help
So i originally had an intake manifold that has the throttle body on top of it on my 2000 civic dx (a y7 correct me if i am wrong). I switched it over so that the throttle body will sit on the left side of the manifold (which is a y8 version?). We took out the old mani and dropped in the new one. We really didnt have any directions, but pushed on. We plugged the three plugs back into the throttle body, I am sure we did this correct. It wouldn't be outrageous to say we may have switch around some lines to the new manifold, but could this be out issue...
The only problem now is that when i start the car up, the engine revs up as high as possible, as if the gas pedal was pushed in. Not quite sure what the issue is.
Any sugestions of why it might be doing this and how to stop it???
