$70.00 a book isn't bad at all. When I had my Volkswagen's I remember paying $95.00 for A book and that doesn't include shipping either.

70 bucks a piece is nothing compared to the books I bought during college. At least this is a book you want to buy.

does anyone else remember their salesperson giving them a book that broke down every code you would get on your civic? i distinctly remember my salesman handing me a book and showing me how to use it, and i thought he put it in the folder with the rest of my stuff but i cant find that anywhere. i am not throwing any cel's but some people on HT asked what their codes meant and i was trying to help them, but couldnt find that book anywhere.

The book basically tells you how to take apart and put together your whole car. Torque specs for bolts, what "special" tools are needed to do certain things, etc. Very useful for the DIYer

This is the factory repair manual basically. Those books you can get in the bookstore aren't as detailed as these, but as you see, you can pay a pretty penny for them.
