What's wrong with the H-T Marketplace?

 

I think it woud be nice.. Some of the other forums have them. I agree. But there may be a reason why there is not one already here.. I'll stick around to see what the mod says.

 

I think it would be just a huge thread that it would be hard to search for specific parts.

However, I think the marketplace should be divided into models for easier searching. and browsing.

 

that would be a mess guys...seriously.

and ITR is a specific 'type' of a model, so it makes sense for them to have it in their little tree house of a forum.

a 92-00 civic....sheesh...there are so many kinds of them and more people have those than anything else ever. period.

total nightmare.

but i kinda like the idea of splitting up the forum to model specific. there are a few downsides to that, such as universal parts listings, where do they go, etc...but still.

Just like the regional threads we have for sales and such. It's a pain in the *** to read.

I agree with the idea of model separation though. Oh, that'd be so much easier. I can't think of a single thing I've bought through Honda-Tech (though Eran has I think). I find it to be a pain to search for the parts in the first place.

 

It would be the biggest mess H-T has ever seen.

I would rather see FS threads broken down by model.

However, there may be something to the idea of further refining the Marketplace into different sub-categories. It would mainly be a matter of how that could/should best be done, and then implementing it. It's a bit of a larger endeavour than it might at first appear to be.
