i need help installing a rear sway bar in my crx hf.....

ok so i have a 1990 crx hf that i race circle track. i would like to instal a rear swabar in it but it did not come stock with one. i was wondering if anyone could tell me what would be the best way to put one in. i know that the si model came with one but how would i install it and what parts are needed...
