Shaking at 65+ mph
The car I am driving right now is a 97 civic dx. There are about 120,000 miles on the car. Ever since I have had the car, it has shaken anytime I go above 65 miles per hour. The car has been in a wreck before.
The first thing I obviously thought of was the tires are probably out of balance. This led me to the purchase of some 16 inch rotas and tires. So I took the wheels in to a Firestone tire shop and had them balanced. Eventually, after the 4th time of going back to get them rebalanced, I just bought new tires because they thought they were "not round". So, they put the new tires on the wheels and sure enough the damn thing still shakes.
I researched it further and found out some other things that I thought would be cause it to shake. I replaced the brake rotors and pads, I bought a set of hubcentric rings to perfectly align the wheel to the hub. I also bought new motor mounts and installed polyurethane motor mount inserts. None of these things have helped my car, and it still shakes pretty damn bad.
I came to the suspension thread because I honestly don't know what else to replace or fix. I am pretty convinced it must be from something loose in the suspension. I am sorry for how long this post is, but I just wanted to give a very detailed description of my problem. If anyone has any helpful advice on what I should check or things that commonly go wrong to cause this problem, please let me know.

The car could have a bent hub, ive had that happen with a set of junkyard front spindles.
Could also be the inner or outer tie rods, possibly steering rack mounting bushings.

Its probably not the steering or tie rod ends as they would cause the steering wheel to shimmy but not shake the whole car very bad.
You could check runout on the hub or put the car on jackstands and spin the front wheels to check if something is bent.
Double check all your suspension and steering hardware anyways to make sure they are tight.
