Default obd0-obd2 mini-me and conversion

I searched but couldn't find anything specific.

I want to do a mini-me on my rt4wd wagon. I have my old(crashed) 97 civic coupe. I am wondering what I need to completely convert the car to obd2. I'm guessing that I need to swap the head, dizzy, IM, wiring harness, ecu. Do I also need to swap cat with o2 sensor? Any sensors on the block that are needed?

I knew someone would say that but its hard to justify doing that when I have every part I could need already.
