Default Kinda lost in my ls/vtec

i just did a ls/vtec conversion a couple of days ago. i cant even here vtec on my ride after i past 5rpm? Im still running a stock ls ecu ?? what ecu can i use, i have a 2001 integra ls.. help plz

gsr ecu is ur best choice...ur not going to get vtec with a ls ecu because vtec is not programed into it....best thing to do is search on here and see what best ecu to use...i have a gsr chipped in my ls/vtec

wow u did an ls vtec but didnt know you needed a vtec ecu??? anyways get a p28 chipped ecu and a tune and you shud be set or gsr ecu...

yo man your not gonna hear vtec with a ls ecu... your in a 2001 integra hmmm
i would get a step down harness for an obd1 ecu and get a chipped p28 and you will def love your car after that..but you wont pass inspection so keep that ls ecu for when u need inspection

You did a ls vtec swap.... Do you have gsr oil pump water pump timing belt??

If you dont your gonna blow your motor from not getting enough oil and water and have timing problems

Timing you have to move the distributor back like 5 degrees
