Your title should really reflect your question so it'll be easier for others to use the search function in case somebody puts the correct answer in here. You should also try the search feature yourself because I know its been covered before...

Actually it sounds like it might be your dimmer switch or dimmer switch related because both the cluster and climate control are out...
Long shot, is your dimmer switch turned all the way down? LOL

This sounds to me like a fuse. I bet your tailights don't work either you should check that out. Check all the fuses in the fusebox under your panel in the cabin. Its very rare for all the cluster bulbs to go out along with the climate control at the same time.
Did you verify your dimmer switch isn't turned all the way down?
And how did you check your fuses to make sure they are ok? I went to someone's house to check out why the reverse lights didn't work once and they said the fuses were fine, but when I checked I found that the problem was that there was no fuse at all.

Are you sure? It's daytime right now LOL But as mario_pic stated, go to a local yard and pull them. I noticed that my Si cluster and DX non tach cluster had different sized bulbs. As far as actual size, I don't know.
PS
In the amount of time spent on this thread, you totally could've already pulled your cluster out and got the answers you seek.
