9/10 it starts fine.. but every once in a while, it'll turn over, but won't start? If you wait a couple of hours it'll start fine as if nothing has happened? When it won't start and it's turning over, it doesn't fire at all. Just turns over as if there's no fuel.. but the fuel pumps working, etc. everything appears to be normal? It's got me baffled! Any ideas? Thanks for your time, it's very much appreciated.

 

Is the car still using carburator, not fuel injection, with an air filter surrounding it?

 

It is fuel injected 1989 model accord.
