i Need computer diagram for an Si 1989

my car has an Ls swap but im not sure if the computers plug right

in so i wanted to compare them

Here is a diagram for a 1990 Civic EX which has the D16A6, which I think is the same as the Si motor...

88-91 civic crx si are d16a6. I read this http://www.superhonda.com/tech....html and indeed civic ex is d16a6. So, OP it is the same.
