Odometer/Trip INOP After bulb replacement

Odometer/Trip INOP After bulb replacement
What could I have done wrong? Its pretty damn simple to replace bulbs. Could have something in the cluster gone bad while turning over cluster? Any way to fix? Or is cluster bound to be replaced at this point?
