When the car is idling, is the exhaust suppose to continue to make that loud noise? Not bad noise, but the same kind as you accelerating. My bro and I have a Civic, but we installed different kind of exhaust. He have a N1-style universal, and I have Dragger-style universal. Both are universal, NOT by Apex or HKS. His car would continue to make the sound when it's idling, but mine is quiet when it's idling.

 

check for exhaust leaks...maybe didn't tighten the piping together enough or forget to use gaskets?
