Default SKunk2 stage2 on stock block b16a PR3??

i have a stock bottom JDM b16a with a DNR ported b16a head, now i was wondering if the skunk2 stage2 cams are too big for this motor or is it going to work out fine? also with the motor is a JDM ITR header, a port/polish b16a2 manifold that i did not too long ago and a 68mm tb not port match to the b16a2 manifold. btw, should i ditch the 68mm tb for a stock one??

Those cams definitely aren't to big for that setup. A stock or ITR manifold would be good choices (you'd have to compare them on the dyno to see what would be better for you). Throttle body will work but is probably a little large, you could always have the stock one bored out or just dyno both to compare and see which is best for you.

put one togethre like this for a friend of mine. they were blox stage 2s. no headwork. blox manifold. jdm itr header. it ran well but didnt like vtec until about 5900 rpms, but thats typical for a 1595cc motor with a decent sized cam.

it was a 170whp motor on whitfields dyno. pretty healthy. it had fresh 81.5 p30s. it was just a super simple little b16 but it felt strong in a 1950lb gutted cx hatch and the launch control was....cute.

never ran it, and i wont try to give you an educated guess bench race style. just put it together, and run it.
