Harmonic balancer//timing belt question

would a harmonic balancer from a b16a fit a b18c1? if so, do i need to use a b16a timing belt or a gsr? thanks.

It fits. You don't need to change anything. Any B motor pully fits. The only thing that differs is the number of accesory options you have and how much those accesories are underdriven or overdriven cuz of overall diameter.
