Default B18B1 into a 92 CX HB

I KNOW this has been asked a million times about "How hard, How much and How fast" but those are not my questions.

but I just wanna Get a few things confirmed as there is plenty of conflicting information here on Honda-Tech *I know, I know hard to believe right *

For a B18B1 out of an Integra LS/RS/GS:

For the swap you need motor/trans/axels/ecu/shift linkage out of the 94+ Acura Integra, and the ECU out of a 94-95. I was told, and saw pictures confirming I can use a 96+ Motor and transmission and just plug-in the OBD2 engine harness wiring into my shock-tower connections, and use the 94-95 Integra LS ECU, Just to double check, is this true?

For the swap, I can simply use ALL of the B18B1 motor mounts straight into my hatch, and don't need any of my D-series mounts. IIRC There may be ONE mount that remains from my D-series, I think it was the transmission mount, Is this correct? or is it only correct because the integras transmission mount is identical.

For the swap, the Lower radiator hose comes from the teggy, and the upper from a B16 EM1 Delsol, is this correct?

Can I retain my front 1992 Hubs/balljoints/knuckles for this swap? or because it all got changed in 94 do I have to replace it for the Integra axels to work, or will my stock 92 front knuckles/hubs/brakes be ok? (I don't care about "I might as well do it, its right there and it will be off the car" I'm trying to conserve a bit of money for body-work)

Incase I decide to slap on a GSR Transmission, Can I use the LS Tranny mounts, and axels? or do the GSR's use diffrent axels/mounts?

I have looked for a while about this information, and am just kinda getting an idea how hard this would be to do. My D16Y8/D15B8 Mini Me has a CX Transmission, and I can't seem to get my cam timing correct (And its quite slow due to the CX tranny). I recently moved into a house and out my old apartment, so I acctually have a PLACE to do a motor swap, I did the headswap on the car because It was a do-able project without having a garage, Just got a raise, and am HIGHLY considering picking up an LS motor/wiring/etc, and then buying a GSR Tranny and tossing it all into my hatch.

as for wiring, any 94+ integra engine, tranny and harness will work and the harness will plug into your strut tower harnesses. as for ECU you need 92-95 LS, i would stay with 94-95 though, no doubt about that at all, unless you get a conversion harness and run an obd2 ecu.

as for mounts just use all of them that come from the integra. same with GSR or LS trans.

any passenger side B series axle will work, drivers side, it depends on which intermediate shaft you get. knuckles dont have to be changed.

im not 100 percent sure on the radiator hoses. also, dont forget LS integra throttle cable.

hope that helps.

Very much so, Thanks

As far as the mounts though, are you 100% sure there isn't 1 interchangeable mount? I've read a few dozen times that i think it was the trans mount on a D-series and any B series trans are all the same?

as for mounts, all the EG mounts will work, you really just need the rear T bracket from the integra.

outa curiosity, while I have it all apart, do you have any opinions on the energy motor mount inserts?

never used them, but in my opinion, for the price its not a bad investment. i have used the 3m windo-weld to fill my mounts in and it makes the car vibrate like hell at idle, but cures wheelhop. im not sure if the inserts would be as stiff as the windo-weld though.
