Default Gm Synchromesh

What kind of gm stuff do you guys use? I bought the GM SYNCHROMESH thinking that was the only kind of GM stuff out there. Now I hear theres a GM SYNCHROMESH FRICTION MODIFIED?

Whats the word? What do you guys use? I don't want to put anything in till I know.

you should search here on HT before putting in anything. syncromesh has a great track record as a "band-aid" for honda transmissions

I'm using Torco MTF. Same stuff Bisi and Mike Laskey use in their racecars and daily drivers.

It has been stated by honda-techs that the new Honda MTF is based on syncromesh.

oh, ok. I was told that the only difference between old and new MTF was an addidtive to help with cold weather performance. Two different parts managers. I had no idea the new MTF was a totally new formula.
