Default DC2 ITR seats into a '96 Civic Hatchback?

So I bought some super minty fresh DC2 ITR rear seats for dirt cheap. I know the bottom cushion will have some caps, so I sourced out the bottom cushion from a DB8 ITR and it fits perfect. My only question is how are the upper back rests bolted up? My original civic back rests have different bolt patterns and rods sticking out compared to the DC2 seats. How do they bolt up? I was thinking I might have to swap out the metal framing that the cushion and fabric is hog pinned to. Is that what I have to do to get them to fit?

Does anyone have any pics of ITR rear seats bolted up into a 96-00 Civic Hatchback for reference? I've been searching on this for a week already

After lunch bump.

So no one has tried this? I'm not looking for the "it should fit" answer.

Eh maybe I'll just find out on my own like I've been doing for everything else.
