Default Pulsating gas problem.

ok. I dont really know how to search this because i dont know how to name or describe the problem, but here does.
92 Accord with JDM h22a.

It idles fine and properly, from cold to warm.

When i give it a little steady gas in neutral the revs go from 1400 down to 800 and then back up again and keeps on doing this. once i give it some more gas(around 2k itll stay at 2k, but if i give it a little less, then it just pulsate's up and down like that?

Any idea what it is?

Im getting cel 1 and 36. I dont think this is happening becasue of the o2 nor the JDM traction control?

ok, so after some thinking. I thought it could be the TPS so i searched up on that.

So here my question now. How do you connect the voltometer to the wires while its pluged in? Are you supposed to cut the wires or something?

I wouldn't say your gas is pulsating for say. sounds like more like your throttle. i know you get that type of thing when your have a vacuum leak or disconnected line all together. what all have you done recently in your engine bay.

uhh, i swapped in a h22a, wire tucked it as well as the map/fusebox.

It idles fine, and does cold start up fine(actually kinda low i think 1k instead of the 1.5k on the f22)

But i did change the TPS and i didnt calibrate it, so thats why i think its bc of that.
