Default Eibach Reviews?

I'm more interested in the Eibach Pro-Kit + Eibach Pro-Dampers combination. I know they were designed for each other. But I'm wondering exactly how stiff / good the combination is?

I remember reading a few reviews months back and nearly all the reviews were rated like 4/5 or whatever. Some said it was a bit too stiff, others said it was amazing and not too stiff and not too soft for aggressive cornering.

Anyone have that setup on here? I want to lower my car about 1.5" and at the same time have really nice handling without having too rough of a ride. My car is a DD so having a rough ride is a huge no no. I drive every day and give my friends rides so I can't have something stiff.

I know tires and a sway bar would also make a difference in steering / handling but as far as Eibach Pro-Kit and Pro-Dampers go alone, any input?

Ride quality is so subjective that reviewers will rarely agree on a commercial setup being too stiff or too soft. No two people have the same tolerance for a particular feel.

The only way to get a realistic idea of what a setup feels like is to find someone with a similar car and products, and go for a ride with them.

Frankly, the Pro Kit is rather soft and mild if you ask me, so if you can't tolerate the ride, you're probably a poo-C

You had the Eibach Pro-Kit + Eibach Pro-Dampers setup? Or just the springs? If so, what shocks?

I have sportlines on my R, lowered the car nice but a lil too soft for my tastes, the factory R springs were way more firm......If you dont go with the eibach dampers, i'd recommend Koni yellows

I would go with the Yellow's but I wouldn't have any need for that much adjustability. My car is strictly DD and I'll never track / drag it hardcore. I'd go with Illuminas 5-way at most. I realize they're amazing shocks but I just don't really have use for that great of shocks personally.

the ability to adjust the shocks isnt necessary for only "track" driving. its great for anyone.

most ppl end up buying a cheaper, less expensive, and less quality shock just because they think they dont need adjustability... and end up throwing their money away because its simply not worth the money.

anyway, im not saying this directed to eibach dampers. actually, im sure theyre pretty good. although i dont have a personal review for them.

im just saying eibach pro kits and illuminas are pretty much a tried and well liked combination for any vehicle. i dont see a reason not to go with proven quality at a great price.
