I was just wondering if anyone knows if a fully bulit SOHC Vtec motor(t/b, p/p, Stock cam, Cam gear, piston/rods 9.2 compresion, bored to make it 1.7 liter) If it will pass smog? It passed smog before the built bottom end. Compresion is almost stock but bored out to male it 1.7L.

 

i would guess that it would pass.
