Apexi N1 99spec ITR coilovers

Apexi N1 99spec ITR coilovers
I just installed Apexi N1 99spec ITR coilovers w/ ITR rear control arms, but my sway bar isn't bolting onto the rear control arm...I assume I need ITR rear end links? Also I don't have the tools to dampen the suspension to make it stiffer/softer, but what can i use?

What do you mean it isn't bolting onto the rear LCA? Is the bolt too big for the whole? Does it not line up? Is the bolt not long enough? Post pictures if you have them.
Did you try contacting the seller of the coilovers and ask why they didn't give you the adjustment tools? If so, what did they tell you? If not, why?
