compression seems low???

bout 120 across done while the car was warm, but not operating temp. took one out at a time then put it back in when i did the next one.
does this reading seem kinda low?

That is a decent reading for the age of the motor. Was it a running compression test or a static test? I guess for both tests the reading is fine.
oh ok..what's a static test? and its "suppose" to have only 60K on it. think it will b ok to boost? im shooting for 270-300 stock on a 57 trim
I think its called static or also cranking. disable the ignition and install the compression tester and lcrank the engine so it turn over 5 times and note the compression for the first and the last reading. The first reading should be almost half of the final reading. Something like that. You can try a leakdown test if you want but the readings are good.
