Default Burning Oil

Well today I decided to do a compression test because im burning a **** load of oil... around a Qt a week...

The car really smokes on cold starts untill it warms up which indicates valve seals (correct me if im wrong) and it seems to keep getting worse...

The compression test came out good, i dont have the exact numbers right now but the lowest was about 203 and the highest 215 (psi)... and the test went well the pressure increased on every compression stroke untill about the 6th or 7th stroke when it peaked...

any ideas where all this oil is going? This sh*t is embarrasing driving an integra that smokes like that and im getting tired of the smell... help me help my GSR plz

Perform a leak down test.

How many miles does it take to use a quart?

It's either being consumed, or it's leaking. The smoke means at least most of it is being consumed. Leaks are also possible; check under your car for oil puddles.
