Power steering hose EK EJ vs B18c Type R Replacement
Assuming you have a stock Civic steering rack, you'll need a Civic p.s. hose. The Civic and ITR hoses have the same fittings where it attaches to the pump, but different where it connects to the steering rack. I have the same swap in my EK, along with a Type R steering rack, so I used the ITR p.s. pressure line. I had to buy a Civic EX reservoir and all low pressure lines so that it would fit my chassis. . Good luck. Nice car btw.
Yes, just put a regular 96-00 Civic PS line on it. It will bolt right up on the pump. That's what I do on every swap like this I do.

It looks like its been brazed which will hold up just fine. Instead of going through the hassle of changing it, why dont you just make it look nice. Get some foam for water lines or what ever and put it on then get some of the rubber 3m tape and tape it up. It would look pretty close to stock i would say since the stock one also comes with some foam and tape/heat shink on it. Yours looks like it was taken off when it brazed it.
