How do you remove the thing between the rear bumper and the hatch where the DOHC Vtec sticker goes.

there are 4 bolts i believe in the middle that inside the hatch and 2 on both sides that are also inside, behind the plastic interior

 

thanks so much for your help. I got it off thanks to you. Two of the bolts in the middle were covered by some wires just in case anybody else needs to know.
