Default POWER LOCKS QUESTION

When I unlock my doors theres a clicking sound on the passenger side. It clicks like three times, It seems like it is trying to unlock the door even though its already unlocked. What should i do??

same thing is happening to me. just started making that noise today. I brought back an old thread on it. Anyone know how to fix this?

lol its a damn epidemic! my fawking door just starting making the same noise yesterday! it pisses me off everytime i unlock the car! ...i could be mistaken but i think it might need oil inside the door lock or it might be mis alligned cuz i can see the door lock not closing..anyone have a solution??

update: my door lock doesnt make that noise anymore. i dont know what happened, but it fixed itself. haha

my door lock doesnt even unlock anymore with the keyless it is struggling to move and just clicks and moves a little but doesnt unlock

thats some crazy ish! i think my door stopped too!..but i can still see the door lock doenst move right...must be something in the OC lol

Going to take my door apart soon and look for the problem... I am having the same issue.

Im guessing the lock actuator has a problem or some kind of metal rod came out of place. I am assuming most locking mechanisms are similar. Guess I will find out.

Mine does that. My theory is that the door handle surround is pushing against the lock. If I push on that area a little the lock is able to freely lock/unlock. I'm going to unscrew it and adjust it around a little and see if that works.
