07 Si seats installed in an EM1?
Tried searching already. Does anyone know how this can be done safely without any welding. I would really like to install a set in my EM1. Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Its not hard to install a set at all if you have a bunch of metal brackets, some drills, maybe a welder, but definatly some bolts, and a load of free time. I would imagine 06+ SI seats are remarkably similiar to the RSX-S seat intall to any 92-00 civic.
If I remember correctly, I was told that you could use your stock EM1 sliders and brackets. You just have to drill the holes (where the bolts attach the bracket to the seat, 2 bolts on each side of the seat) bigger to accomadate either the spacing of the 07 Si seat bolts, or to accomadate the bolt itself from the 07 SI (possibly bigger seat bolts.) Its relativley easy to do. I wish I had some pics, I have seen some in a EG recently.
For those looking for a set of these seats, I saw one seat on ebay, good condition, NO ONE BID ON IT! Someone on here has a pair in one of the F/S threads for a good price, one of them has a barley noticible stain on it. And H-T Member Bleedblue94 has a pair for sale in N.Y. I think hes asking $900. His are absolutley mint too.
