i have a 94 teg w/2000 gsr motor and i want to go turbo i know my setup and what im going with but i want to know what others think wud be better, blox turbo cams,type r's or stock gsr's? i will be getting it tuned once i install it but what cams shud i get or stay stock? i need people with experience too,thanks no haters if there are any tuners in the house please help a brother out haha look i got 1234 posts haha

do you have any headwork/valvetrain upgrades?

 

If you search in the Archived files of the FI Forum, you'll find all kinds of answers. Also, if you're going to ask this question in FI, be sure to include your setup along w/ the power currently and your goals.

 

no head work, just stock but if i need too i will upgrade thats why i wanna know what cams to get then ill get some head work done, if stock gsr is good enough i will leave it so...

 

Get the ITR's......you can still make good power with the stock GSR ones though

I agree. If you're just running a lower power bolt-on or off the shelf turbo kit, I'd go with the ITR cams or Blox/Skunk2 Stage I cams
