Default In the process ofmy first retro... I have some ?'s

I am in the process of my first retrofit project and have a few questions. I have trimmed the housings and mounted the projector so that I can still retain the factory adjusting screws. So far my only problem is I have had to trim in areas that are not covered by my shrouds.

Here is what I have started with:

Here is where I am at right now:

My only concerns at this point are

- What can I use to fill in the areas around the shrouds?
- What is the best adhesive to use to bond the front glass to the plastic?

Any comments or suggestions are welcome.

For bonding the lens to the body of the headlamp, you could pick up some LiquidNails Sealant at your local wal-mart. To cover up those holes in the back, what you could do, is paint the reflector and anything else that you wish, black. That should hide it well so that its not easily noticable.

lense is sitting too far back and will cause glare problems once they are fired up. That is due to some foreground light will hit the bottom side of your reflector and that will reflect the light upwards. Get a smaller projector such as the fx35 or g35 projectors. They fit well but you gotta do alot more work.
