Default engine swap advise

welll i got a 93 integra... welll i hav two good offers one is a ls block with gsr head and one is longblock gsr.... which one do u think is better, i wat speed wise and power...

lsvtec for power and gsr for reliability.

I dont really trust other peoples' work...i would go with the GSR. Also the LS/VTEC may have a little more torque because of the longer stroke, but the lower redline and lower compression negates the gains...
