I just picked up a 93 accord 4dr manual trans. It is pretty beat, but runs like a top. There are a few wierd electrical problems that I cannot figure out. The dashlights, hazards, wipers, and passenger windows to not work. I check all the fuses and replays to no avail. There is no radio, but I cover all the exposed wires to prevent any shorts. Has anyone here had this problem? I tried the search, but nothing specific comes up. Any info. would be appreciated. Thanks

relays..
and check the fuses again, and check for shorts, and look in the fuse box for any broken wires.
