Weird Idle Problem
I own a 94 Accord Lx w/ a jdm H22.
The problem im having is when my car is moving and its in nuetral my rpms shoot up to about 4000, and when i stop moving and its in nuetral it suddenly idles like normal.
Please help i cant find anything in search.

Did you check if you have a CEL and jump the service check connector for any permanent or temporary DTC.
I bought a similar car from someone and came to find out one of the TPS wires wasnt butt connected good.
