okay to help a little more...the H and F blocks are essentally the same being that they are based along the same design..If I was you I'd reasearch the motor that you have in your car right now because the f22a6 is a bad *** motor..due to the design of the head and size of it's ports....the G series is a greatr Idea..but not for me..it involves alot of work which is great if you are car savvy..so read the threads for the F22a1 which is the SOHC vtec motor and ask questions focusing on the differewnce of the blocks..all the head swapping head gaskets blah blah blha prelittlelude wrote up in his how to are ther same...hope this helps

I woud do a compression testo n your current motor and if its still healthy TURBO IT! but thats just me..owning and keeping a turbo car maiontained can be a pain in the ***.....go to the "SEARCH" feature and type things like G23/G22? turbo F series/ Stuff like that...welcome to honda tech man.....do you have the complete motor(h23) or jsut the head?

Okay this is of course all rhetorical...but If I was you I woukld sell that H23 and start buying parts to turbo the F motor...the F motor is gereatI odnt want to go into xcopmlete detail of why casue I gotta go...complete turbo kits are IMO not only hard to find but a waste of money..you can build a much better kit for a lot cheaper....jsut keep reading and if you have any ?s jsut ask em...turboed F FTW!
