Default How does this tranny look ? Still good ?

I have an LS tranny paired to my b18c which is obviously not the ideal choice. Now my concern is how hard it is to find a decent b16 cable tranny. Now I did find one locally which is a YS1 which the seller says has no grinds or pop-outs, but the shaft that connects to the clutch kit has rust on it and I want to know if its still useable as is. Here is a picture and please give me all your input on my situation. Thank you.

Rust is not really a big deal. As long as it doesn't grind or pop-out and goes into every gear you'll be okay.

I am taking his word for it. He told me it was and that he has vouches, he also said if it was not a b16 geared tranny he would give me my money back.
