i was thinking of upgrading my throttle body on my z6. i currenty have a skunk2 pro series intake mani and the little ex throttle body....i was thinking of getting a GSR throttle body....its an OBD1 not if that matters, but will it bolt right up, any mods. and will i need to get a gasket for the GSR throttle body or the d seires gasket....? also will my TPS connector fit onto the GSR TPS?

i am kinda new to this so, no haterz please

oh yeah? anyone know the diameter of the pro series intake inlet? and the size of a GSR throttle body compared to a z6? i know its bigger, but don't know the specs

 

i had a ls throtle body on my S2 mani on my Y8. Its a direct bolt on and you use the gasket that comes or goes with the throttle body.

 

alrighty sounds good....did you notice any gains in hp or tq?

 

not mind blowing power but you feel the top end alot more and throttle response feels a little bit better.
