This is a brand new 13 inch OEM Honda optional wheel for early CRX models. It is brand new, never mounted and has been sitting in a Honda parts department for nearly 20 years! If you have a set of these, this would make a great spare or even a decoration for a bachelor pad. It is made in the USA and has the same steel lug inserts that all other OEM Honda wheels have.
